FAQ
How does the $5 fee work?
We add $5 to the customer's total (they pay your rate + $5 as one price). We never deduct from your rate—you keep 100% of it; only card processing (~2.9% + 30¢) is deducted from the payout.
Can I change my rate?
Yes. Update your rate anytime in Settings → Pricing. New estimates and bookings will use the new rate.
How does this compare to other platforms?
Most platforms charge 20–30% per job. At $5 flat, you keep more on every booking—especially on higher-priced jobs.
